Role Description

  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager
  • Arrange overseas/local travel and hotel arrangements for all staff including Visa application.
  • Provide supervisory role to Company Driver and maid on their daily roles.
  • In charge of purchasing Company’s office supplies, equipment and furniture and maintain them.
  • Liaise with the building management of the office for the building/office matters and ensure building facilities are in good condition.
  • Perform vehicle license renewal, maintenance, insurance renewal and accident claim management.
  • Support payroll-related tasks, including attendance monitoring, overtime calculation, and SSB.
  • Support onboarding processes, including system setup, Employee ID, and work tools prior to employees’ first working day.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant in HR & Admin field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience handling vehicle-related matters
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills; Both English and Myanmar
