Role Description
- Provide secretarial support to General Manager
- Arrange overseas/local travel and hotel arrangements for all staff including Visa application.
- Provide supervisory role to Company Driver and maid on their daily roles.
- In charge of purchasing Company’s office supplies, equipment and furniture and maintain them.
- Liaise with the building management of the office for the building/office matters and ensure building facilities are in good condition.
- Perform vehicle license renewal, maintenance, insurance renewal and accident claim management.
- Support payroll-related tasks, including attendance monitoring, overtime calculation, and SSB.
- Support onboarding processes, including system setup, Employee ID, and work tools prior to employees’ first working day.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant in HR & Admin field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling vehicle-related matters
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills; Both English and Myanmar
