Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Executive located in Hong Kong SAR. The HR & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and oversee various human resource functions. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining personnel records while supporting administrative operations as required.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & People Support
- Take ownership of day-to-day HR operations for the Hong Kong office
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation
- Maintain HR records, attendance, benefits and HR systems
- Prepare payroll data and support MPF, leave and benefits administration
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support
- Coordinate hiring processes, interview scheduling and internal communications
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing and recruitment campaigns
- Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Visa & Employment Administration
- Coordinate Hong Kong work visa applications and renewals
- Prepare required documentation and liaise with external stakeholders
- Maintain visa-related compliance and documentation
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee office operation, vendors, procurement and facilities
- Support office setup, space planning and vendor management
- Handle corporate administrative tasks, documents and company records
HR Process & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in HR policy, workflow and employee experience optimization
- Support HR projects to improve company culture and operational efficiency
- Assist in implementing HR best practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in HR Management and HR Operations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Effective skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Broad understanding and practical experience in Human Resources (HR)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on-site environment
- Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations is a must
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (pu tong hua)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
