Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, office administration, vendor coordination, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities, including full and final settlement.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Support training and development activities.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and pantry requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility management and office maintenance.
  • Maintain asset registers and track office equipment.
  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees when required.
  • Manage courier services, visitor records, and reception-related activities.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
