About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support the day-to
day Human Resources and Administrative operations of our Philippines office. The ideal
candidate has solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment, and can manage HR and office administration with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening,
interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are up to date.
• Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and probation confirmation processes.
• Process and monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
• Coordinate payroll-related information with the payroll provider or Finance team.
• Handle government-related HR requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR,
and other statutory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Law and company policies.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Assist in addressing employee concerns and responding to HR-related inquiries while
maintaining confidentiality.
Administration
• Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office.
• Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility requirements.
• Handle courier services, company assets, and administrative documentation.
• Maintain organized filing systems and company records.
• Support travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as
required.
• Assist management with ad hoc projects and operational requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a
related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and statutory government requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR
administration.
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
