We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources, office administration, and creating a positive workplace environment. You will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, administrative processes, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and administrative operations across the organization.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and other HR-related processes.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
  • Handle office administration tasks including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor communication.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications as required.
  • Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and company information.

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations is an advantage.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
