Job Overview

A reputed Automobile Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, and office administration. The role requires an individual who can effectively support workforce management while ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance department.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

Administration Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and company assets.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics support.
  • Maintain records of company assets, licenses, insurance, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with service providers, government offices, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and security standards are maintained.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Assist management in implementing HR and administrative policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA/MBS with specialization in Human Resources will be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Administration functions.
  • Experience in the automobile, manufacturing, trading, or corporate sector will be an added advantage.
