We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to support the smooth operation of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role is responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, office administration, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and new employee onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll preparation, and employee benefits coordination.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documents including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and policy communications.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, staff events, and internal communications.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
• Manage office administration duties including office supplies, vendor coordination, facility management, and asset tracking.
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, company events, and administrative logistics.
• Ensure proper filing, record retention, and documentation management practices.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Support management with ad-hoc HR, administrative, and operational projects.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Basic understanding of recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and HR processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, or administrative management tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
