We are looking for a well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources operations and office administration. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and maintaining an efficient and well-organized workplace.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and documentation.
Assist in recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain and update employee databases, HR files, and records.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal HR activities.
Manage office administration tasks including supplies, vendors, and facilities.
Assist in implementing company policies and ensuring compliance.
Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
Support general office management to ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Basic understanding of HR processes and office administration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
