You will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, administrative processes, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth business operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative operations across the organization.
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and other HR-related processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Handle office administration tasks including supplies, facilities coordination, and vendor communication.
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications as required.
- Support policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and company information.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
