Title: HR Admin & Payroll Specialist

Main responsibilities:

  1. Handling, processing, and monitoring employee requests related to HR administration, reporting, and compensation/benefits, including first-line resolution and escalation of complex cases.
  2. Preparation, verification, and maintenance of HR documentation, reports, and system data (including payroll, personal data, and employee lifecycle changes), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  3. Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports, analysis of HR data (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, workforce structure, etc.), and preparation of mandatory internal and external reports.
  4. Ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, internal Company policies and procedures, including personal data protection and HR process governance.
  5. Participation in the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and communications, as well as employee training and knowledge sharing within the HR function.
  6. Control of payroll processing, leave management, employment contracts, and HR documentation flow, including storage and management of official records and strict accountability documents.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources management;
  • Language skills: fluency in Russian; knowledge of Uzbek and English is preferred;
  • Excellent knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset;
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
