Job Description
As a remote HR Admin, you’ll provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and employee records management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior admin or HR experience looking to work from home in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with onboarding processes and documentation
Support with recruitment scheduling and communications
Coordinate training and HR compliance activities
Respond to internal HR queries via email and phone
Ensure accurate filing of HR-related documents
Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation
Requirements
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, PeopleHR – desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
