At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our HR Department in Da Nang City and we’re looking for HR & Administration Executive to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
Responsible for leading the end-to-end talent acquisition process for engineering and technical positions while supporting day-to-day HR operations. Works closely with hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs and contributes to building a high-performance, multicultural work environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
End-to-End Recruitment
• Lead and support the end-to-end recruitment process for local engineering positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define selection criteria, and design effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, universities, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Prepare job offers and assist with negotiations regarding compensation and benefits
Talent pipeline & Employer Branding
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking and relationship management.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help organise recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and partnership events with universities.
• Stay updated with labour market trends and best practices in international and technical recruitment.
2. HR & Administration (30%)
HR Operations & Administration
• Support HR operations including onboarding, employee records.
• Follow up on employee evaluation processes, training needs, and development programmes.
• Maintain and strengthen a positive, collaborative, and multicultural work environment.
• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and international standards.
Records & Contracts
• Prepare, manage, and maintain employee records, labour contracts, and administrative documents in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Support document filing, data updates, and the confidentiality of HR and administrative records.
Events & Office Support
• Coordinate internal events and company activities.
• Receive and check office supplies and equipment purchased by the Admin team and keep office stock organized.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, universities).
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
