Full Job Description

Summary:
To support daily human resources functions by processing employee transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with system updates and HR projects. This role ensures smooth operations, provides excellent support to employees and managers, and helps improve HR processes across the organization.

Job Duties:

Process a wide variety of HR lifecycle activities including new hire setups, employee changes, terminations, and employment verifications

Maintain and update employee data in HR systems

Lead or support HR initiatives including integrations, data audits, and compliance updates

Draft and manage employment-related documentation to ensure legal and policy alignment

Collaborate with internal partners across HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams

Identify gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements

Maintain confidentiality while ensuring the accuracy of sensitive employee data

Support training and knowledge sharing within the team on updated processes or system changes

What You Bring:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

1+ year of experience in an HR support or generalist role

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without missing deadlines

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail

Prior experience supporting or leading internal projects is a plus

High integrity and commitment to confidentiality

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
