Summary

We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at PCAM, LLC in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Office Clerk Duties:

Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks
Maintaining employee files
Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings
Handle document preparation, scanning, and photocopying
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Support administrative staff with general clerical duties
Assisting the HR Department and work-related duties as assigned
Process Applicants
Track Trainings
Assist with On-Boarding
Other duties as required

Requirements

Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
