The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and the development and implementation of HR policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review, Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and company goals.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.
Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Experience with HR software and systems
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements: Must be able to operate basic office equipment in a safe manner, such as computer, email, phone, printer, etc.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
