Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

* Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.

* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date.

* Support employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation is processed correctly.

* Prepare HR reports and assist in the management of employee data.

* Respond to HR-related queries and provide general support to staff.

* Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.

Criteria:

* Proficient in MS Office applications

* Strong administration skills

* Happy to work onsite full time

* Full drivers Licence
