Role Purposes

HR Analyst provides critical operational and analytical support to the Human Resources function in Jakarta. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment administration, maintaining HR data systems, producing workforce reports, and coordinating employee lifecycle processes. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely HR services to internal stakeholders

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, online assessments, university visits, and participation in career fairs (both virtual and in-person)
  • Update candidate statuses and manage requisitions in the system, including opening and closing job postings
  • Prepare, issue, and coordinate execution of employment contracts and related documentation for new hires and internal movements
  • Plan and schedule new hire induction activities, coordinating materials, venues, and stakeholder participation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Maintain and manage regular employee check-in schedules, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
  • Prepare and publish regular HR reports, covering key workforce metrics and trends
  • Monitor and update attendance records based on data from HR system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Coordinate employee registration and de-registration for health and life insurance benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS TK)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Physhology, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR operations, HR administration, or recruitment coordination role, preferably within a professional services or multinational environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations is highly desirable
