Role Description The HR and Admin Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kep, responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role will manage recruitment activities, onboarding, staff records, attendance, and leave administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The HR and Admin Supervisor will support performance management processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. On the administrative side, the role will supervise office administration, facilities coordination, document management, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. The position will collaborate closely with department heads and management to provide timely HR and administrative support, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations capabilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave tracking, and basic understanding of labor laws.
- Experience in performance management, staff engagement, conflict resolution, and supporting training and development initiatives.
- Proficiency in office administration, including document control, facilities coordination, scheduling, and vendor or supplier coordination.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Khmer or additional languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with HR or admin systems and digital tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience in an HR or admin supervisory or senior officer role is preferred.
