Overview
Support the Head of People and Culture and the wider Senior Management Team with HR administration
Responsibities
Coordination of recruitment and onboarding, absence management, employee wellbeing, remuneration / benefits, reward and recognition and careers fairs/work experience.
HR administration including updating and reporting from HR management system (SMB)
General administration and liaison with suppliers to ensure the welfare of employees, the provision and maintenance of facilities across the company office sites.
Ad-hoc administration support to CEO and CFO e.g. diary management.
We would like someone who is
An excellent communicator, self motivated and flexible with regard to duties to be carried out
Professional and confident, able to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
Experienced and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous HR admin experience would be a bonus
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
