Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (Based on experience, qualification, and job knowledge)

Role Description:

Pemmi International Electromechanical LLC is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to handle daily HR and administrative activities and support smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee files, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Coordinate employee visas, Emirates ID, labour permits, and government-related documentation.
  • Maintain expiry records and coordinate renewal of:

-Trade License

-Company registrations

-Vehicle registrations and insurance

-Labour accommodation/camp documents

-Other company permits and approvals

  • Coordinate with PROs, government departments, and service providers.
  • Support office administration, employee accommodation, transportation, and general company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years UAE experience in HR & Administration.
  • Experience in MEP, construction, or engineering companies is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labour procedures, visa processes, and government renewals.
  • Good communication and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
