Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team. In this role, you will work closely with Clinical Directors, Managers, and Behavioral Health Managers to align People initiatives with business objectives. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will be instrumental in driving talent strategies, performance management, change management, and the successful deployment of HR programs that enable scale and support growth.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on enabling business outcomes through people. The right candidate brings a background in fast-paced, evolving environments such as Private Equity or Venture Capital-backed companies.

This position is hybrid, with three days a week working at our headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, and two days a week working remotely.

Compensation

First-year compensation $110,000 – $127,000 annually (DOE)
Bonuses driven by self-care, professional development, and individual KPIs
$1,200 annual technology allowance
401(k) company match up to 3%
Competitive Benefits – We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, EAP, life insurance, voluntary short-term, and employer-paid long-term disability. Generous PTO which includes 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick leave, seven holidays, PLUS Winter Break (the last week of December). For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR advisor and partner to the Clinical team, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning.
Lead and support change management initiatives, helping leaders and teams navigate transformation with clarity and resilience.
Drive performance management strategies that align employee objectives with company goals, ensuring continuous development and accountability.
Act as a key player in talent development, identifying growth opportunities, succession planning, and learning programs to build leadership capability across teams.
Partner with leadership to address employee relations issues proactively and constructively, fostering a culture of trust and psychological safety.
Design and deploy scalable HR programs and initiatives that support business strategy and culture.
Analyze data and metrics to inform decisions, assess effectiveness of HR interventions, and track key talent outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience in high-growth environments, with a strong preference for those with backgrounds in Private Equity or Venture Capital-backed businesses.
Proven track record supporting clinical or professional services teams in a strategic HRBP capacity.
Strong experience in key HR disciplines: performance management, employee relations, talent development, change management.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills.
Ability to influence without authority and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare roll-ups, management services organizations (MSOs), corporate healthcare, or professional services.
Familiarity with the unique challenges of scaling clinical and behavioral health teams.
