Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with strong recruiting experience to support our growing operations in the supplement manufacturing industry. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while managing full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and professional roles. This individual will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Location: American Fork, UT (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, R&D, operations, and corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
Proactively source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent within the supplement and nutraceutical space.
Track recruiting metrics and deliver regular updates to leadership.
HR Business Partnership
Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs, resolve employee relations issues, and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
Support organizational development through succession planning, performance management, and career pathing.
Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure HR practices align with federal, state, and industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP).
Maintain accurate employee records and support audits or regulatory inspections.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
Industry experience in supplement manufacturing, nutraceuticals, food production, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required.
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition best practices, and HRIS systems (Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) a plus.
