Role Summary:
Partners with leaders and managers to deliver the full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR services and programs for Capgemini Engineering North America. Collaborates with stakeholders to frame the HR agenda, enabling business objectives and driving key initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Organizational Development:
Understands the needs of the organization to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. Balances the needs of the business, employees, and clients. Consults with and influences the leadership team on key organizational and management changes.
Talent & Performance Management:
Provides guidance to managers and employees on all performance-related matters, including high-potential and key talent decisions, succession planning, bonus management, performance improvement, and terminations. Coaches leaders to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Training:
Assesses organizational training and development needs and drives upskilling programs.
Recruiting:
Participates in the interview process for key hires.
Employee Relations (ER):
Partners with ER teams to ensure the effective delivery of services to managers and employees. Identifies and implements proactive ER programs to improve morale and organizational performance. Manages escalated issues and dispute resolution processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Supports compensation and benefits programs, including compensation planning and salary benchmarking.
HR Analytics:
Tracks and reports staffing, retention, attrition, and other key metrics. Recommends programs and enhancements as needed.
Key Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience
HR and/or business experience within technology companies
Strong knowledge of local labor laws
Proven ability to work effectively in highly matrixed, global teams
Willingness to travel within the USA as needed
Demonstrated capability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives
Skilled in collaboration and cross-functional consensus building
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and make timely, sound decisions
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
HR Certification (preferred)
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $57.79/hour – $90.29/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
