Position Overview:
Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a proactive and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing HR team. This entry-level to early-career role is ideal for someone passionate about people operations, recruitment, and employee relations. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English and have a foundational understanding of labor laws and HR practices. This position plays a key role in supporting smooth HR operations and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and support the selection process.
Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR compliance requirements; stay current on relevant regulatory updates.
Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance and HR training programs for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations preferred.
Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Basic knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ADP systems is a plus.
