1. HR Compliance

– Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, company policies, and HR regulations.

– Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready employee records and personnel files.

– Monitor probation confirmations and employee documentation for timely action and compliance.

– Manage employee data in LACMS for all store locations and Support Centre functions, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.

– Ensure proper registration, updates, and termination of employees in LACMS across all locations.

– Manage FWCMS records for foreign employees, including work permits, visas, quotas, and related documentation.

– Monitor and coordinate timely renewal of work permits, visas, and other employment-related licenses.

– Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities via LACMS, FWCMS, and other regulatory platforms.

– Assist in updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with legal requirements.

– Conduct regular audits of LACMS and FWCMS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. BIPO System Administration & Support

– Maintain and update employee master data in BIPO, including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, probation confirmation, reporting line changes, and resignations.

– Process employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding) accurately and on time.

– Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HR policies and audit requirements.

– Monitor attendance, leave, and employee records, and follow up on discrepancies and pending approvals with employees and line managers.

– Provide first- and second-level support for BIPO system issues and coordinate with BIPO support team for resolution.

– Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on BIPO system usage and self-service functions.

3. Administer employee insurance programs, including Group Personal Accident (GPA), Motorcycle Insurance for Delivery Agent staff, and Health and Life Insurance for management-level employees, by processing enrollments, changes, and terminations.

4. HR Administration

– Prepare and manage staff employment contracts/staff profile

– Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities as required.

– Support employee engagement and HR projects.

– Prepare HR-related letters, certificates, and employment documents.

– Arrange accommodation, travel (air ticket, hotel), and transportation

– Work on monthly relevant office supply
