We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team for immediate joining. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process: post job ads, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing documentation, and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Track employee attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing.
Help coordinate training sessions, performance review schedules, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports and support audits and compliance checks.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
