Coordinate the recruitmentprocess, including job posting and candidatescreening.
Conduct reference checks forshortlisted candidates.
Facilitate theonboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transitioninto the organization.
Creates and maintainssecure and confidential HR databases, filing systems and assist indata entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-dateemployee records, ensuringconfidentiality.
Assist to prepare the officialletters, employee contracts and create and update processtemplates
Support the development andimplementation of HR initiatives andsystems.
Assist to review HR policies andprocedures ensuring they are current andcompliant
Work in
collaboration
with other teammembers to review and update technical documents such as processflows and procedural material (SOPs) for multiplepurposes
Prepare reports and presentations onHR-related metrics.
Assist with the day-to-dayadministration of the Employee Services office.
Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in humanresources, business administration, or relatedfield.
2-3 years’ experience workingin an HR Department Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonalskills.
Excellent organizational andtime-management abilities.
Must be independentworker and able to work on owninitiatives.
Attention to details andaccuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Visio and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of Power
