SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting various human resources functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations within the organization. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating HR processes, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking.
Maintain electronic filing system by scanning and digitizing physical HR documents
Assist with new hire orientation
Process and organize incoming/outgoing correspondence, including physical mail and emails
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Maintain and process employee records and HR documentation, including employment agreements, policy acknowledgments, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Support benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
Track and monitor compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, certifications, and company policies.
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition events, and wellness activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and HR-related events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and general concerns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Kind and pleasant demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience in Rippling and ADP
