Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
Must be very strong with handling end-to-end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc
Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation
Verification of expenses, claims, allowances, overtime, etc.
Ensure complete,
up-to-date
, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
Participate in
continuous improvement
on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentation
Assist in the provision of payroll related reports including Payroll/Turnover Report/Finance/Levy/MOM surveys and ensure that all report data is trackable in payroll system
Handle all Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) and insurance claims
Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
Team player with excellent
communication skills
A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently
Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
Able to multi-task and work in a
fast-paced environment
Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Word and Excel
HR experience in a Food & Beverage sector will be an added advantage
Other Information:
5 Days work week
Office located at Senoko Crescent
