Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:  Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring the completion of necessary documentation.

2. Employee Relations:  Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Foster a

positive work environment

by promoting

employee engagement

and resolving workplace conflicts.

3. Payroll Administration:  Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate records of working hours, leaves, and deductions.

Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and resolve payroll-related issues.

Training & Development

:  Support the organization’s

learning and development initiatives

by coordinating training sessions and workshops.

Track employee performance and recommend training programs for

skill development

. 5. HR Documentation & Compliance:  Maintain accurate and

up-to-date

employee records, both physical and electronic.

Ensure

compliance with labor laws

, company policies, and industry standards.

Assist in preparing reports related to employee performance, turnover, and other HR metrics.

6. Benefits Administration:  Assist in the administration of

employee benefits

programs such as health insurance and leave policies.

Provide information and clarification to employees regarding benefits.

7. General HR Support:  Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports, policies, and presentations.

Support the HR team in various other administrative tasks as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration preferably in Construction field. Strong

communication

, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong

attention to detail

and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
