Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a keen eye for detail when it comes to payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including but not limited to: data entry, payroll calculations, and tax filings
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to payroll and benefits
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
Assist with performance management and employee relations issues
Stay up-to-date on HR and payroll regulations and best practices
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in HR and payroll administration
Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
