HR Generalist
Location: Rock Hill, SC (In-Office, Full-Time)

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting our recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet staffing needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
Employee Relations & Support:
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Facilitate conflict resolution and support a positive workplace culture
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback
Compliance & Policy Management:
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations
Ensure HR practices are compliant with state and federal requirements
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
Promote a positive work environment through proactive communication and support
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year as a recruiter
SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
