Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment labor laws. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties
Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures while providing guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Support payroll processing using systems to ensure accurate compensation for all staff members.
Conduct cold calling for recruitment purposes as needed to source potential candidates.
Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in human resources or a similar role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Lever, ATS platforms (Taleo, Workday), Kronos, and Paychex is an asset.
Strong understanding of employment labor law and best practices in HR management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $57,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
