HR GENERALIST – TALENT ACQU SPECIALIST Jobs in Plano, TX at Salience TMS Neuro Solutions

Description:
HRG in office to support and manage all aspects of HR, with a primary focus on recruiting and talent acquisition. This role plays a critical part in building a strong organizational culture by attracting and onboarding top talent while also supporting broader HR functions including e relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. Proactive, flexible, with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruitment and a solid understanding of general HR practices and employment law.

Requirements:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (primary focus): own and manage the full recruitment cycle, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding. Help build a strong employer brand by recruiting individuals who are passionate about providing an excellent patient experience and ensure interested candidates have a professional positive experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize online platforms, college networks, job fairs, and internal referrals to source qualified candidates. Coordinate and conduct phone screens and interviews, schedule interview panels, and assist with final hiring decisions. Administer skills assessments and facilitate background/reference checks. Initiate and manage onboarding through Paylocity or other HRIS platforms. Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records. Attend recruitment events and promote the organization’s employer value proposition.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: lead new hire orientation and company culture; ensure smooth integration into the organization. Coordinate new employee paperwork, benefit enrollment, and training schedules. Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and system access termination. HR Operations & Employee Relations: provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers. Maintain employee electronic records, including I-is, licenses, certifications, and immunization records during onboarding. Will be a backup to payroll processing semi-monthly. Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to HR policies and programs.

Compliance & Benefits Administration: Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws, as well as internal policies. Assist with internal HR audits and ensure all employee documentation is up to date and compliant. Support benefits enrollment, changes and employee communications efforts.

Administrative & Team Support: Maintain the People Engagement email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Support department with reporting, database management and other administrative tasks. Serve as a back-up for processing exit surveys and maintaining internal directories.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws. Proficient in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS). Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution. Effective negotiation and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field – or equivalent work experience in a related area; 2 years. Healthcare/medical setting experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paylocity, ADP, UKG, Workday, etc.)
