岗位职责 / Responsibilities跨国人力资源管理 / Global HR Operations
管理公司中、美、墨三地员工的招聘、入职、考勤、薪酬、合同等人力资源事务；
负责中美墨不同地区的劳动法规对接，协助本地化合规落地；
建立并完善公司全球远程协作制度与员工档案管理体系。
Manage full-scope HR operations across China, the US, and Mexico, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, and compliance.
Design and implement remote work and documentation systems tailored to global collaboration.
多项目支持 / Multi-Project HR Support
为公司三大核心项目（Lucky Selected宠物品牌、AI助理项目、卡车配件供应链）提供人才匹配与组织支持；
协调项目内外部团队协作，确保各团队高效沟通、目标对齐；
支持项目阶段性招聘计划、目标设定与绩效机制搭建。
Support HR needs across three flagship projects (pet lifestyle brand, AI development, and vehicle parts supply chain).
Assist in project staffing, OKR/KPI alignment, and team coordination.
国际招聘与文化建设 / International Talent Acquisition & Culture
通过 LinkedIn、Boss直聘、留学生平台等渠道开展国际招聘；
建立多语言 Onboarding 流程与员工培训手册；
建设具备包容性、多元文化背景的全球协作团队文化。
Lead international recruitment through multilingual platforms; create inclusive onboarding and develop team culture rooted in collaboration and diversity.
绩效与激励机制 / Performance & Retention
协助制定全球人才的绩效激励方案，如股权激励、项目奖金、实习转正制度等；
搭建员工满意度调查与激励反馈机制，提升人才保留率。
Support design and rollout of performance incentives (equity plans, project bonuses); foster talent engagement and retention across the organization.
任职要求 / Requirements要素要求语言能力 / Language中英文流利（可书面表达与视频会议沟通）Fluent in both Chinese & English学历 / Education本科及以上，有留学背景优先 Bachelor’s degree or above; study/work abroad preferred工作经验 / Experience有2年以上人事经验，熟悉中美/墨人力流程；对创业项目充满热情 2+ years HR experience with global workforce familiarity软技能 / Soft Skills责任心强，沟通能力出色，热爱多项目节奏；能独立推动任务 Strong ownership, great communicator, agile project contributor技术工具 / Tools熟悉飞书、Notion、Slack、HR SaaS 系统 Familiar with Feishu/Lark, Notion, Slack, HR platforms薪酬福利 / Compensation & Benefits
