Responsibilities include but are not limed to:
Conduct orientations for new staff, volunteers and interns.
Conduct benefit enrollment meetings and benefit enrollment tasks and monthly billing reconciliation.
Complete all pre-employment paperwork and prescreening for all new employees, volunteers, and interns including processing requests such as drug screens, background checks, sex offender checks, and motor vehicle reports.
Complete all confidential scanning and data entry of HR, volunteer and payroll related documents.
Respond to external HR inquiries and employment verifications.
Completion of checklist items on payroll status change forms and separation notices.
Create slides and maintain electronic bulletin boards as needed.
Assist in preparation for All-Staff Meetings including set-up, staff recognition, birthday cards, etc.
Represent TSA in the community for HR events such as recruitment and social events to support recruitment, TSA employer/community brand awareness.
Oversight of the TSA Internship and Volunteer Program.
Provide goal and budget recommendations for HR programs.
Abide by and assist with enforcement of departmental SOPs.
Oversight of TSA wellness plan information and coordination of wellness events.
Assist with data for HR metrics / dashboard / SWOT analysis
Respond to volunteer and staff requests as needed.
Assist with development of communications for volunteers and staff.
Assist with management of the intranet data, employee and volunteer social media sites and employee communication boards.
Lead the planning and coordination of Employee and Volunteer Morale Events.
Conduct special projects as assigned by HR Director.
Requirements
Any combination of education and experience which would likely produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Knowledge of Paycor preferred.
