We are a fast-growing technology company with operations across Asia. We are looking for a dedicated HR & Office Admin Executive to support our Kuala Lumpur office and work closely with our regional teams.

Important

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB).
  • Ensure compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle Employment Pass and other work visa applications for expatriate employees.
  • Coordinate expatriate onboarding, relocation and company accommodation.
  • Support HR policies, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.

Office Administration

  • Manage the daily operations of the Kuala Lumpur office.
  • Coordinate office supplies, procurement, vendors and facilities.
  • Liaise with building management, landlords and service providers.
  • Manage company accommodation for expatriate employees.
  • Organise meetings, employee activities and office events.
  • Provide general administrative support to Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and Office Administration experience.
  • Familiar with the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Experience in handling Employment Pass or expatriate administration is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required, as this role involves daily communication with our China headquarters, Mandarin-speaking colleagues and expatriate employees.
