We are a fast-growing technology company with operations across Asia. We are looking for a dedicated HR & Office Admin Executive to support our Kuala Lumpur office and work closely with our regional teams.

Important

- Only candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin and English will be considered.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation and maintain employee records.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB).
- Ensure compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
- Handle Employment Pass and other work visa applications for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate expatriate onboarding, relocation and company accommodation.
- Support HR policies, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
Office Administration
- Manage the daily operations of the Kuala Lumpur office.
- Coordinate office supplies, procurement, vendors and facilities.
- Liaise with building management, landlords and service providers.
- Manage company accommodation for expatriate employees.
- Organise meetings, employee activities and office events.
- Provide general administrative support to Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and Office Administration experience.
- Familiar with the Malaysia Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
- Experience in handling Employment Pass or expatriate administration is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required, as this role involves daily communication with our China headquarters, Mandarin-speaking colleagues and expatriate employees.
