Position Objective:
The Executive, HR Operations/Shared Services will be a member of the Strategic Accounts Operation team responsible for managing time-sensitive tasks in alignment with our key client’s scheduled timelines in addition to managing any other ad-hoc projects.
The role of the HR Operations/Shared Services Executive is to be the main point of contact for both contractors and clients and to successfully provide the full spectrum of HR shared services support for the assigned set of employees/contractors within the defined SLAs and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end pre joining and onboarding formalities so that the contractors have a smooth integration. This includes contract issuance, contract briefings, work pass applications, renewals, collection of documents, conducting of reference checks and so on.
- Manage the contractors’ information and ensure that regular updates are done in the system (placements of contractors’ in DEX, MOS, Weekly Insurance enrolment – tracking new registration / offboarders).
- Maintain accurate and timely data recording.
- Issue letters / contracts.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support including (but not limited to) preparing and uploading documents to DocuSign for both Contract and Temporary Workers, Work Passes application, renewal or termination.
