As an HR & Payroll Admin Team, you will be responsible for managing attendance, overtime, and payroll administration while supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and employee shift scheduling to ensure smooth HR operations.
What will you do?
- Monitor, verify, and maintain employee attendance records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor, verify, and calculate employee overtime based on approved overtime requests and company regulations.
- Support monthly payroll processing by preparing and validating attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding administration.
- Maintain and update employee shift schedules in coordination with Production and related departments.
What are we looking for?
- A Bachelor's Degree from any background, but preferably from Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field, is required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration and Payroll, preferably in manufacturing.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & HRIS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
