What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on schedule.
- Handle payroll data including attendance, overtime, shift, leave, incentives, service charge, and other payroll components.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Support PPh 21 calculation and payroll tax administration.
- Perform payroll reconciliation and coordinate with Finance & Accounting.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, payroll, BPJS, and benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and analysis for management.
- Ensure payroll data and employee information are maintained accurately and confidentially.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, or HR Administration.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll System is a plus.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to join immediately (less than 1 month / September 2026).
