Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Project Manager – SAP Hana to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the implementation and management of employer brand marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, job boards, career site, and email marketing.
· Assist in the development of compelling and brand-aligned content and creative assets showcasing the employment experience.
· Optimize job postings and career site content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
· Monitor and analyze employer brand marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
Support the execution of employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall brand and talent acquisition goals.
· Partner and manage internal stakeholder relationships (e.g., marketing, communications, EEDI) to amplify the employer brand across multiple channels.
· Manage the company’s presence on earned, owned, shared and paid media by updating content and driving engagement.
· Assist in employee advocacy programs and internal storytelling to showcase company culture and values.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or talent attraction.
· Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in content creation for talent attraction.
· Proficiency in analyzing marketing and engagement data to inform strategies.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
· Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and programmatic advertising in recruitment marketing.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Passion for employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience.
· Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
