Responsibilities:
Make high-volume connections daily—calls, emails, referrals, etc.
Identify, engage, and hire top-notch talent across healthcare and support roles
Use tech tools to your advantage—our recruiting is fully digital
Stay organized, fast-paced, and results-focused every day
Represent the heart and soul of Voyage LTC—our people
Requirements:
Outgoing, upbeat personality and a passion for people
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Positive energy, optimistic attitude, and a drive to win
Prior recruiting experience
Detail-oriented and efficient—you move fast, but never sloppy
Tech savvy and self-directed—you don’t need hand-holding
