Job Summary

Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who will coordinates the employment function of Human resources for the system.

Oversees positions, requisitions, recruitment, advertising, oversees applicant tracking software (communications with applicants, application tracking, and routing).
Maintains knowledge of the HRIS system and makes updates to the system. Responsible for maintenance and updates to the employee records in the HRIS system.
Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, and other written communications.
Coordinates the new hire process to include background checks, hiring, and the general hospital orientation process.
Maintains close communication with the administration, Department managers, and Staff in regards to the employment process.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate’s Degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Two years of previous experience in Human Resources is preferred. Experience with employee onboarding and administrative assignments strongly desired.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Performs accurate data entry and possesses expert skills in Microsoft applications.
Certification: PHR Preferred.
