HART Technologies, Inc. has opening for mid level HR Specialist to work as a member of our AS9100D certified engineering company. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and capable of learning new tools and processes are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Administering benefits packages, and other compensation-related matters.
Administer training program to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, including performance reviews and other relevant documents.
Ensuring that the company’s HR practices are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Tracking open positions, posting job ads, and onboarding new hires.
Addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Specific Tasks May Include:
Assisting with benefits administration.
Tracking essential HR metrics.
Providing guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Analyzing employment-related data and preparing reports.
Developing and submitted required reports VETS, EEO, and Employment Commission.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required:
BA/BS in Business or related field.
2+ years of related professional experience.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
