Role Description The HR Support & Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Yangon, providing administrative and HR support to leadership and the local team. This role coordinates day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, assisting with HR documentation, and helping ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. The position also manages executive calendars, schedules meetings, prepares correspondence and reports, and organizes travel and logistics for senior leaders. The role supports employee communications, helps arrange training or internal events, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain efficient office and HR operations. The successful candidate will handle confidential information with discretion and provide proactive, detail-oriented support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day people operations and workforce coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to help maintain processes, documentation, and compliance with company standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to assist with employee queries, support positive workplace culture, and help resolve routine concerns.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to manage executive schedules, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR or office software.
- Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in HR support, administration, or executive assistance, and a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
