Job Responsibilities
- Process employee final settlement payments and ensure accurate calculations.
- Manage and administer SSB-related matters.
- Update employee attendance, resignation, and dismissal records for EC employees.
- Update attendance, leave, resignation, and dismissal records for PB employees.
- Maintain accurate employee information and records in the HR system.
- Prepare HR-related reports and support daily C&B operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, or Payroll.
- 1–2 years of experience using Global TA software is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SSB, attendance, leave, and final settlement processes.
- Good Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential employee information.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Day : Sat (Alt), Sun and Public Holidays
Salary : Attractive Salary + Other allowance
