HRBP Assistant – Mandarin Required Jobs in Jamaica, NY at Gofo Inc

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source and attract potential candidates- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates- Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages
Provide support in employee evaluation processes.

BP:

Partner with business leaders and department managers to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives effectively support organizational goals. responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth transitions. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Address employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Drive employee engagement strategies and support initiatives that reinforce company values and culture.
Identify training and development needs, design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and support career development. Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support business growth and transformation.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management on turnover, engagement, and workforce productivity. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws and regulations.
Act as a change agent by supporting change management initiatives and driving organizational effectiveness. Support compensation and benefits planning in coordination with corporate HR or regional leadership.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
– Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
– Familiarity with employee evaluation processes
– Strong negotiation skills for job offers and compensation packages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
