Job Description

  • Define and socialize Human Resource standards and organizational practices by providing information, guidance, and strategic solutions on People matters for business leaders within the project period.
  • Drive and maintain annual and quarterly manpower planning while managing employee selection, orientation, onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers in compliance with regulations.
  • Report and provide regular metrics-driven updates regarding HR and People management matters to both the HR Lead and Business Leaders.
  • Lead the review and resolution of complex legal or Industrial Relations issues to ensure absolute compliance with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law.
  • Conduct thorough, objective, and effective investigations for encountered HR-related incidents, subsequently defining corrective action plans and solutions.
  • Analyze business data and current processes to establish proper gap analyses, enabling HR to deliver targeted programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner and liaise closely with the HR Lead to resolve specialized business issues requiring deep HR expertise and intervention.
  • Shape, review, and revise localized HR policies for the assigned department to optimize workforce delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other quantitative-based majors.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior professional experience in project management, strategy, organizational development, HRBP, or HR generalist fields.
  • Demonstrates deep functional knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, end-to-end Recruitment, Organizational Structure Analysis, Performance Management, and Manpower planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data or talent insights into structured, actionable people strategies.
