Position Summary

The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the corporate support team, responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic development of the organization’s HR technology systems. This position serves as the internal expert for UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), supporting HR, Payroll, and operational teams across multiple hotel, resorts, and corporate locations. The role requires both technical proficiency and business insight to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of HR systems and data. The HRIS Analyst will play a critical part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting compliance, enabling workforce analytics, and identifying process improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. This role also supports system integrations, reporting initiatives, and user training across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Pro and UKG WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions), including system configuration, security roles, data workflows, and integrations.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to align HR systems with operational needs across our hotel, ski resort, and corporate locations.
Manage system upgrades, test new features, and troubleshoot issues with UKG support.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that support data-driven HR decisions and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and data clean-up to maintain accurate employee records.
Support the implementation of new modules and help integrate other systems into our HRIS.
Create user-friendly documentation and provide training to Payroll and HR team members and on-site leadership.
Continuously look for ways to improve processes and optimize our systems in support of a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in HRIS, Payroll, HR Operations, or HR Tech role.
Strong understanding of Payroll and HR processes and data management.
Experience in creating reports, dashboards, analytics, BI tools, and Excel.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and work cross-functionally.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred.
