The Role
A pivotal, systems-focused position at the heart of a major HR digital transformation.
- Support end-to-end HRIS implementation from vendor selection through to go-live
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT and leadership to define system requirements
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external vendors and implementation partners
- Oversee data integrity, system configuration and user readiness throughout the project
- Drive adoption and engagement with new HR technology across the organisation
What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience with HRIS platforms and HR systems implementation or transformation projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both internal teams and external vendors
